A straightforward privacy notice.

Service requests

We collect the contact, vehicle, pickup, destination and other details you choose to submit so we can respond to your inquiry. Location permission is optional. If allowed, the form fills in a location link; it is sent only when you submit.

Requests are stored on the hosting server and emailed to our business contact address. Requests older than 30 days are removed from the website request file on the next successful submission. Separately retained email copies and hosting backups have their own retention. Do not send payment card information, government IDs or other sensitive documents through these forms.

Visitor estimates and security

The website records page views and daily distinct-IP estimates. It stores daily one-way identifiers rather than raw IP addresses, retaining daily traffic details for up to 90 days and aggregate page counts longer. These identifiers are used only for traffic estimates. Security rate limits use hashed IP identifiers and expire after their configured time window. Hosting providers may separately keep access logs, including IP addresses.

A first-party session cookie supports form security and owner sign-in. This website does not install advertising tracking scripts. External services reached through links have their own privacy practices.

Reviews and video

Your display name, rating and review may be published if you consent and the owner approves it. Reviews are retained until removed. If a YouTube video is configured, playing or loading embedded content may communicate information to YouTube. Google Maps, Apple Maps and social links take you to third-party services.

Questions or removal requests

Email tow0704@gmail.com if you want to ask about your information or request review removal. We may need details to identify your submission.
